Fan3D Payment and Refund Policy

International Creator is currently $19.99 during a limited 50%-off offer; the regular price is $39.99. The plan is charged once and does not renew or charge automatically.

Fan3D shows the currently enabled plan, currency, and authoritative amount. If it differs from this page, stop and contact Fan3D support before paying.

Start the purchase from the Fan3D app. Fan3D creates an order and opens the secure Creem-hosted checkout; confirm the purchasing account, currency, and amount before paying.

A QR code, app notice, browser redirect, or Creem page is not proof that access is active. Only server verification of the payment and Creator entitlement completes the order.

After Creem returns to the website, the return bridge opens Fan3D. The app still verifies the order and Creator access with the server.

If you are charged but access is missing, see a duplicate charge, or an order remains unresolved, do not pay repeatedly. Keep the Fan3D order number and Creem receipt, then contact support@fandcode.com.

We verify the provider record and server order state. Never send a payment password, verification code, or complete identity credential.

Email support@fandcode.com with the purchasing account, order number, purchase time, and reason. Requests are reviewed against applicable law, order state, delivery, and actual use.

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights and does not mean every request is automatically approved. Approved refunds are processed using a method supported by the payment provider.

Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method, with timing controlled by Creem and the financial institution. Creator access granted by the corresponding order may be revoked or adjusted.

Amounts caused by duplicate charges, payment reversals, or failed delivery are handled according to verification without affecting unrelated valid purchases.
