Fan3D Account Deletion

Learn how to request deletion, what it affects, and which records may need to be retained.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Important

Deleting the online account does not delete local projects or media on your Mac. Keep any files you need and resolve open orders before submitting a request.

1. How to request deletion

Email support@fandcode.com from a contact associated with the Fan3D account and use “Fan3D account deletion” as the subject. Include enough account information for verification. We may request reasonable identity verification to prevent impersonation.

Open orders, refunds, disputes, or security reviews may need to be resolved before deletion continues.

2. Effects of deletion

After deletion, the account can no longer sign in, query orders, or synchronize Creator access. Access that has not expired may no longer be restorable, so review this before submitting the request.

Deletion affects the online account and related server data only. It does not read or delete .fan3d projects, imported media, caches, or exports on your Mac.

3. Deletion and necessary retention

After verification, account information that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified within the period required by applicable law.

Some order, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records may be isolated and retained for the necessary period, then deleted or de-identified.

4. Withdrawal and later use

Before processing is complete, you may withdraw the request through the original email thread. After deletion, we cannot guarantee restoration of the account, order display, or access records; using Fan3D again may require a new registration.
