Fan3D Creator Personal Commercial License

Creator grants one creator a personal commercial-use license and supports output traceability with digital-watermark and authorization records.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Important

Valid Creator access is a personal commercial-use license granted to one creator. Eligible final output may use digital-watermark and authorization records for origin and license traceability. This is not a team or organization seat and does not replace licenses for third-party assets.

1. License holder and term

Creator is a long-term, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal commercial license granted to the purchasing account holder. It begins when the server records active Creator access.

Creator does not include team seats, shared accounts, or organization licensing. Contact Fan3D support before use by multiple people or an organization.

2. Permitted commercial use

After Creator access becomes active, you may use Fan3D to produce images, videos, and other final deliverables for your own commercial projects or client work, including marketing, presentations, social media, e-commerce, and paid creative services.

Final output lawfully created and delivered with valid Creator access may continue to be used for its intended project. A refund, payment dispute, or material breach may revoke the access granted by the corresponding purchase.

3. Excluded rights

Creator does not permit you to:

  • Transfer, rent, resell, or share the app, account, or Creator access.
  • Extract and separately distribute or sell Fan3D models, templates, resources, or product components.
  • Misrepresent endorsement by Fan3D, Xingfan Technology, or another rights holder, or remove applicable rights notices.
  • Use a personal commercial license as a team, enterprise, or bulk-production license.

4. Your assets and third-party rights

This license does not change your rights in your own projects and media, and does not grant rights to third-party fonts, trademarks, images, videos, models, or other assets. You are responsible for permission for the intended commercial use.

Separate terms attached to third-party assets continue to apply.

5. Digital watermark and traceability

Fan3D may use digital-watermark and authorization records to help trace eligible output origin and license status for client delivery, rights notices, license verification, and disputes.

Traceability information supplements rather than replaces copyright registration, source files, orders, contracts, or other legal evidence, and does not expand your rights in third-party assets.

6. Standard support

Creator users can contact support@fandcode.com for standard account, purchase, and product-use support. Standard support does not include a guaranteed response time, custom development, production services, or guarantees for third-party services.
